Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Tangible ( Physical goods)  and Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital & Service products")
  • We do not issue refunds for tangible (physical goods) and non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital & service products") once the order is confirmed and the access to our services are issued. Cancellation of subscribed services can be done from the date of expiry of the current subscription. For example, if the current subscription is valid till 31 December 2023, cancellation of the subscription shall be effective from the 1 January 2023. The subscriber shall have access and can continue to enjoy services till subject date of end of subscription.
